Our founder, Vic Hurlbert, has more than 35 years of experience in the regulated industry, serving while employed with Frederick & Warinner as a partner, Coopers & Lybrand as the manager in the National Telecommunications Practice, and Deloitte Haskins Sells as a manager in the National Utilities Practice.
He is considered one of the country’s leading auditors of Universal Service Funds, Relay Service Funds and Lifeline programs. Mr. Hurlbert has also served more than 30 local exchange carriers throughout the country in the areas of financial auditing, jurisdictional separations, regulatory services and special projects.
